Wanluv Cookie Policy (EU / UK)

This Cookie Policy explains how PNG EduTech Limited trading as Wanluv ("Wanluv", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on wanluv.com, app.wanluv.com and our mobile apps (the "Platform"). It is written to meet the requirements of the EU ePrivacy Directive, the EU and UK GDPR and the UK PECR for visitors in the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, and it applies to all visitors wherever they are located. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember your actions and preferences (such as login, language, or items in your cart) over time. We also use similar technologies — pixels, local storage, session storage and mobile SDK identifiers — which this Policy refers to collectively as "cookies".
Cookies can be first-party (set by Wanluv) or third-party (set by a partner such as an analytics provider). They can be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (kept until they expire or you delete them).
2. Your choices and consent
When you first visit the Platform from the EEA, Switzerland or the UK you will see a cookie banner. Only strictly necessary cookies are set before you make a choice. You can:
- Accept all cookies;
- Reject all non-essential cookies; or
- Manage preferences to turn each category on or off.
Rejecting is as easy as accepting — one click. You can change your mind at any time by clicking Cookie settings in the footer of every page or in Account → Privacy in the app. We will ask you again after 12 months, or sooner if we add new cookies that need your consent.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings (see Section 6). Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in or completing a booking.

Help us understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it. Data is aggregated wherever possible.

3.4 Marketing and advertising (consent required)
Used to show you relevant Wanluv offers on other sites and measure our campaigns. We do not sell your data to advertisers.

Where you have not consented, these tags are not loaded and no data is sent to these partners.
3.5 Mobile apps
Our iOS and Android apps use equivalent SDK identifiers instead of cookies (for example, the Apple IDFA or Google Advertising ID for marketing measurement, and a device-installation ID for crash reporting and analytics). These follow the same consent choices, and you can also reset or limit them in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

Third-party providers listed above process data under their own privacy policies:

Some of these providers are located outside the EEA/UK and Papua New Guinea; transfers are covered by the safeguards described in Section 4 of our Privacy Policy.
5. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a rejection of analytics and marketing cookies for that browser. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" headers because there is no common industry standard for them.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser at any time:

- Safari: Preferences → Privacy
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

7. Changes to this Policy
We review this Policy at least once a year and whenever we add or remove a cookie. Updates are posted here with a new Effective Date; if a change requires new consent, the banner will appear again.
